SPEAKER & FACILITATOR

Speaker

Drawing on my experience as an athlete, I bring insights from the extreme elements of the ocean into the business world. In my talks, I explore themes such as navigating uncertainty, persisting in male‑dominated environments, and staying anchored in one’s purpose.

Building on my signature keynote ‘Riding Waves & Media: Human Grit Meets Artificial Intelligence in Modern Storytelling’, I share how I combine big wave resilience with cutting‑edge AI tools to redefine what authentic storytelling can look like today. I show audiences how technology can scale creativity and community-building — while reinforcing that courage, vulnerability, and human connection remain irreplaceable.

Facilitator

I design and guide interactive workshops that help teams think strategically, collaborate effectively, and explore new approaches to brand and marketing challenges. My facilitation style combines evidence-based methods with creative exploration, ensuring that participants feel engaged, included, and equipped to turn insights into action.

Consultant

As a consultant, I support organisations in integrating value-driven marketing and purpose-led strategies into their everyday operations. From market research and brand positioning to stakeholder engagement and community-building, I help clients create strategies that are both impactful and sustainable. My goal is always to develop solutions that reflect the organisation’s identity while meeting the evolving expectations of today’s audiences.

The Blue Leadership Program combines my background in Big Wave Surfing and Freediving with 10+ years of experience in management and coaching. Grounded in the logic of the ocean, it strengthens female leaders in sustaining performance under pressure, adaptive decision‑making, and resilience through embodied practice and targeted water‑based exercises. It blends in‑person hostings with a confidential cohort setting to ensure that embodied insights translate into real influence at work.

  • “Lena´s talk was clearly one of the top highlights of the entire trade show — both for me personally and for ISPO itself. It was relevant, authentic, and very well structured. Working with Lena before and during the session was highly pleasant and professional. She communicates clearly, is reliable, and brings a calm, positive presence that made preparation and execution very smooth. I can highly recommend working with her.”

    —Ole Wolter, Organiser of ISPO

  • "Lena's story, her personality, and her passion as a big wave surfer to ride the biggest waves of our time made a lasting impression on the participants of our leadership program. Her simultaneous connection to the worlds of extreme sports and business makes her an impressive storyteller who vividly illustrates to her audience the parallels between preparation, asserting oneself in the lineup, and today's challenges in leading and developing teams and organizations."

    – Prof. Dr. Sven Hermann, Managing Director of ProLog Innovation

  • "Lena Kemna presented her film L E N A as part of the Surf Film Night in the summer of 2025 on the large stages of open-air cinemas in Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg to sold-out audiences. During the Q&A with the viewers, she captivated them with her modest yet confident manner and gave exclusive insights into the life of a big-wave surfer — often the only woman in the monster waves of Nazaré. Thank you for the fantastic performance!"

It all begins with an idea.

I look forward to exploring opportunities through a personal call.
