Drawing on my athletic background, I bring insights from the ocean’s most extreme environments into the business world. With more than a decade of experience in marketing management across industry and academia, I translate the lessons of high‑risk water environments into the realities of modern leadership and organisational life. My corporate expertise spans market research and digital communities, while my ocean experience is deeply emotional, existential, and guided by intuition.

By bridging these two worlds, I take audiences on a journey that is both aspirational and relatable – exploring female leadership, purpose, resilience, and navigating uncertainty. Workshops

I design and facilitate interactive Blue Leadership Workshops that offer teams a practical, evidence‑based approach to mastering pressure, making intuitive decisions, and acting with confidence under uncertainty. Drawing on techniques rooted in big‑wave surfing and freediving, these workshops blend scientific foundations with direct, hands‑on application. Participants identify stress patterns and practice targeted embodiment techniques within a safe, moderate‑pressure scenario that mirrors real‑world challenges. The result is a clear, immediately transferable toolkit for modern leadership, effective teamwork, and navigating high‑pressure environments with calm, clarity, and purpose.

Consultant

I support organisations in establishing a coherent 360° brand strategy. My work spans market research, brand positioning, employee branding, and the development of strong brand communities. I focus on creating clear, actionable frameworks that strengthen the brand’s core identity and guide consistent decision‑making. The goal is to equip clients with a brand system that enhances relevance, coherence, and long‑term impact across all touchpoints.
